Regional Macaoimh Quiz 2000 
This years quiz was hosted by Ballinlough and was held in the Canon Horgan Youth Centre next door to the MAcaoimh Dún beacuse of the large numbers.  It was held on Sunday 29th January and started at 3pm sharp! The results were very close with just one point between first and second and second and third places.  the 40th Cork from Ballinlough will represent the region in the National Macaoimh Table Quiz being held in Maynooth in February
