| This was the first time in a good numer of years that our region entered a float in the Cork City St Patricks Day Parade. While Venturer, Scout & Macaoimh section were represented on the float, much of the preparation was carried out was the Venturer groups in the Region. For those scout troops who complained of hard ground trying to pitch an 8 man icelandic tent - try pitching one on the back of a lorry !! More pictures will be available shortly. . . | |
